Permeability of concrete mix components is the available problem in concrete making. It is for many years that acrylic resins are applied for increasing the adhesive of mortar / concrete particles and also filling the empty spaces among stones in advanced countries. It may also increase the compression and reduction of concrete permeability as well. This product is formulated, produced and supplied with trade name of Water Stop Concrete Adhesive. It is a thick polymeric liquid with emulsion condition based upon acrylic resins. These adhesives are usually colloidal solutions extracted from different polymers in water which may increase the compressive and bending resistance and durability of concrete. It is possible to apply this product for gluing of new concrete to the old one and also increasing the adhesiveness of repair mortars to below surfaces. It may also remove any problems in making cold gears due to the lack of concrete integration, temperature increase, any delay in making/transportation of concrete and so on.

Consumption method:
In order to increase the permeability of surface:
The mortar/concrete surface should be free from any dusts and grease.
Mix the concrete adhesive with water with the rate of 1 to 1 and/or 1 to 2.
Apply the concrete NANO adhesive with brush or trowel in 2 sets with an interval of 1 to 3 hours.
For reduction of intenal impermeability:
Mix this product with water with the rate of 1 to 3 up to 1 to 5.
Add the dry parts of mortar.
After finishing, it is necessary to maintain the concrete for 5 days by concrete curing materials.
For adhesiveness the new mortar to the old one:
Clean the considered surface from any pollution, grease, oils, paints and loose materials.
Apply a thick layer of concrete adhesive on old concrete surface.
Add this product to new concrete equal to 4-6 percent of consuming cement.
Applying in repairing jobs:
Clean the below surface from any loose points and pollution and grease.
Apply a diluted layer as the primer.
Add the product to repairing mortar in order to increase glue properties.
The mortar/concrete surface should be free from any dusts and grease.
Mix the concrete adhesive with water with the rate of 1 to 1 and/or 1 to 2.

Consumption rate:
The exact consumption amount of NANO concrete adhesive would be determined with regard to various parameters including: Surface roughness, temperature, type of cement, quantity of cement, type of consuming materials.
But usual consumption rate for adding to concrete for intenal water stopping purpose is about 5 to 9 percent of consumed cement. In order to add to repairing mortar the weight is 3 to 5 percent and for adding to concrete it is 4 to 6 percent of consumed cement for increasing the adhesiveness to old concrete and reduction of permeability.
