In order to make a suitable concreting, it is necessary to respect all standard principles from the selection step and mixing of materials up to processing and maintenance of concrete. Concrete framing is one of the most important steps in this process which is performed by the help of metallic or wooden and even plastic frames. The surface of frame should be so much qualitative in a way that concrete could be released as easily as possible. Also low quality of frame should not effect on concrete surface by removing or making porosity. For this purpose, it is necessary to lubricate the surface of concrete frames prior to concreting by a specific material. There is a mold oil product which is based upon water and makes an emulsion oil for providing a thin layer on the metallic or concrete and/or wooden frames. It may cause further easier separation of concrete. The other advantages of soluble mold oil is lack of any superficial bubbles. Buned oil was used in traditional methods for lubricating the surface of frames which is not used anymore today. Some of the other advantages are easy movement of air bubbles close to frame upon opening the frame and no more color change and lack of adhesion of color or modifiers and stoppers.
