Concrete anti-freeze AC500

It is a liquid based upon sodium & calcium nitrates and accelerator of hydration process and suitable for concreting in cold season. The operation mechanism includes two effects of reduction of freezing temperature and accelerating gripping of cement. It is specific for making armed concretes. There is not any corrosive material in this composition which is harmful for steel.

How to use anti-freeze liquid without any chloride?
Preparation: Firstly clean the surface of frames and armatures from any water, snow and ice. You may heat them, if possible, in order to increase the temperature up to +5° C. Be careful not to have a reduction lower than +5° C while concreting. Provide a suitable coverage for maintenance the temperature if possible.
You may add this product to the ready concrete and after complete mix, perform concreting as well.
 
Notice: It is suggested to mix at least for 1 minute against one cubic meter of concrete. Anti-freeze of concrete could be added to batching and/or truck mixer at the time of providing the concrete.

Consumption rate​​​​​​​

The consumption rate of liquid anti-freeze of concrete depends upon the coldness of weather at the time of concreting and 8-12 hours after that and also the grade of concrete. Therefore, it is necessary to have an exact estimation of temperature changes in order to specify exact amount of consumption.
 
Notice: The mere use of liquid antifreeze in concrete cannot guarantee that the concrete does not freeze anymore. Therefore, it is necessary to provide suitable coverage upon the end of concreting and perform required processing and maintenance of concrete at cold weather in compliance with relevant circulars.
