There are some moden products have been produced and marketed in parallel with technology progress and providing moden products and methods in the field of construction. One of the above-mentioned important products is special adhesive for installation of tile and ceramic. The mentioned adhesives have various formulation according to their type of application. One of the most applicable type of building adhesives is powder tile adhesive based upon cement. It has been formulated and products from cement and mineral fillers and poly resins for increasing and strengthen of adhesiveness. Powder tile adhesive based upon cement has been enriched with polymer. Therefore, it is really resistant against moisture after drying because of the applied polymers in its production. It is possible to install various forms of tiles and ceramic by this product on different floors and walls of saloons, concrete/ cement walls and also installation of tiles on tiles as easily as possible. In addition, it may provide an impermeable & resistant surface against moisture. Due to have cement and polymer resins, Powder tile adhesive has higher adhesive power than yeast tile adhesives. Therefore it is the best option for installation of tiles and ceramics at vertical surfaces.

Consumption method
The considered surface should be clean and free from any pollutions, loose points and grease.
In case of any pollution, please remove the same by water jet and/or sand blast.
Be careful to pass 7 days from preparing a new surface of cement.
One bag of 20kg of powder tile adhesive needs about 5-6 liter of water to be changed into mortar.
A mechanical mixer (Drill & blade) is necessary for mixing of water & powder tile adhesive and finding a harmonized yeast.
It is always necessary to add powder to water, then if vice versa, the final yeast is not harmonized and symmetric.
Spread the tile adhesive mortar by a notched trowel.
Put the tiles & ceramic on the surface and install the same.
It is proposed to apply a little adhesive behind the tile.
Take care that the final composition of powder and water should be used at most within 35 minutes and upon applying the same, the tiles should be installed maximum within 20 minutes.

Consumption rate:
The consumption rate of powder tile adhesive depends upon the situation of the beneath layer (porosity & non-smoothness) and grooves of tile. But averagely it is about 4-5.2 kg for a coverage of one square meter.
