Emulsion Primer (Tar) ZW24​​​​​​​

Protecting concrete sections adjacent to the soil is essential and unavoidable.  This is because soil includes destructive / chemical ions and sulfates which in lack of suitable maintenance, it is probable to have penetration of destructive factors inside the construction and damaging concrete sections. The best time for maintenance of concrete against chemical destructive factors is the same primer hours of applying, because concrete in yeast form intends greatly to loose water and may be near to those sections which are water absorber. Then there will be a reduction in the amount of required water for hydration process which may cause further superficial and/or deep tracks in retun. This is due to the shrinkage and contraction and volume fall of the mortar. The above-mentioned tracks are the best way for interfere of ions and chemical destructive factors into the concrete. Later on, it may lead to corrosion of rebar in rebar network as well. Also there will be some serious damages to the construction through the time. In order to solve this problem and maintain the fresh concrete against environmental destructive factors and insulating the concrete surface, it is recommended to apply emulsion primer (Tar) based upon tar and modified resins.
Emulsion primer (Tar) is a single-component product based upon tar and mineral powders. It has suitable adhesion while applying on steel, concrete, brick, asphalt surfaces and other building materials. Upon drying, it is really resistant against penetration of moisture and water steam. It may cause great insulation as well.
In case of applying of Emulsion primer (Tar) in two layers, it may provide a complete insulated and water-proof layer. But emulsion primer (Tar) is used generally as a below-layer items for providing emulsion insulation.
