For bonding newly installed ceramic tiles: Combine every 20 kg of bonding powder with about 5 to 6 liters of water and spread it on the surface and smooth it by spatula. Then immediately wipe the surface of the tiles with a suitable damp cloth to remove the bonding mortar inside the filled joints and from the surface of the tiles as well.
To repair old joints: At first, remove the old joints with a spatula or a sharp object from the seams of the tiles, and remove weak or contaminated and greasy points with the help of water pressure and/or a brush. Then apply the bonding mortar made from the combination of bonding powder and water according to the above-mentioned method.
Pay attention that combination rate of water is different for floor and walls. In order to bond horizontal & ground tiles, it is necessary to consume more water to have grouting mortar. But for bonding of vertical tiles and walls, we should reduce the water to have rougher paste as well.
