Power Gel Micro-silica Z1​​​​​​​

It is a lubricant and advanced modified water stopper based upon poly-carboxylate, micro silica powder and other minerals and additives as a super-pozzolan in making powerful and impenetrable concrete. This is necessary to mention that it may cause an increase in short-term & long-term resistance and also bending resistance and increase of impermeability of concrete because of its lubricating & water stopping property and reduction of water consumption in concrete combination. Therefore, Zorlu Co. recommends its product named as Micro-silica Power Gel as a confident product to all its consumers.

Consumption method:​​​​​​​

There are two methods for adding power gel micro-silica to concrete:
Mix it with total or a part of concrete water combination and add to dry materials and mix accordingly.
Power Gel Micro-silica could be add after adding all concrete mix components.
 
Note: Pay attention that you should continue mixing at for 1 minute for one cubic meter of concrete.
 
Note: Excessive consumption of this product can increase the rapid setting of concrete and allow weakness in the final properties of concrete.

Consumption rate:

Exact consumption rate of power gel micro-silica is specified by performing exact laboratory studies. But usually its consumption rate is equal to %5-%8 of consumed cement. Be careful that for obtaining high compressive resistance and making a powerful concrete, it is necessary to reduce water mixing rate about 20-25 percent prior to add this material. It is also possible to reduce consumed cement in concrete mix the same as adding rate of power gel micro-silica. Excessive consumption of this material may increase the setting time more than normal rate and cause further weakness in hardened concrete.
