Concrete destroyer

Destroying a section or barrier of relatively large stone or concrete is usually possible with the help of explosives. This causes a lot of noise and sometimes creates dangers for humans and the environment. In many cases, due to the special environmental conditions or the location of the concrete section inside or near a residential building, it is impossible to use explosives to destroy the concrete section. For this purpose, it is necessary to carry out this destruction in a safe and noiseless way. Concrete destroyer powder or concrete destroyer is formulated and produced for the destruction of concrete and stone sections by expansion method. In fact, concrete destroyer may destroy the cross section by creating a tensile force in the wall of the pit.
Concrete destroyer is a completely silent and safe destructive material whose method of operation is based upon the force resulting from a significant increase in its volume, which, unlike explosives, does not make any sound, blast wave, earthquake, soot or dust during destruction. It does not dust and causes cracking and separation of stone or concrete by creating cracks. This material expands, destroying all types of reinforced concrete, non-reinforced concrete and all types of stone. This feature allows the destruction of concrete or stone sections or mortar in many spaces, for example inside a residential building. Destruction with a destroyer has very special advantages over ammunition and explosive destruction. One of the most important features of a Concrete destroyer over explosives is its easy maintenance. An ammunition dump is needed to store ammunition and there are risks in carrying and using it, but the truck can be easily stored in a bag and indoors and there is no danger either during storage or during execution.

Simple and completely economic consumption
Firstly, make a hole in the considered stone or concrete (Pay attention that in free standing rocks or concretes, the holes should be drilled vertically and in hidden rocks and concretes, the holes should be drilled with an angle of 30 degrees to the stone or concrete axis). You should make regular holes according to the instructions. For this purpose, the distance of first hole from free edge of stone or concrete should be maximum 15cm and the distance of holes in middle is 25cm. You may follow the below-mentioned table for determining the distance of holes in middle from each other. For complete destruction, it is better to make holes deep between 80-90 percent from height of stones or concrete. It is necessary to make clean inside the holes without any soil and moisture.
Then mix 5kg of destroying powder with one and one third liter of water in summer and 1.5 liter of water in winter for making a homogenous mixture without any air bubbles. Then, pour the composition inside the holes while they are filled completely with mortar. It is better to cover the holes with wooden wedge or plastic for prevention from sunlight and rain. Following table illustrates the diameter of holes and distance of holes from each other:

Consumption method:

Consumption rate

The consumption rate of concrete destroyer (Katrock) depends upon the distance of holes and their diameter. Following table illustrates the estimated consumption rate of destroyer according to the diameter of holes with a depth of 1m.
