  • Fixing and securing bolts and anchor bolts.
  • Repairing and strengthening damaged concrete structures.
  • Sealing and filling voids and cavities in concrete elements.
  • Base preparation for industrial and electrical equipment.
  • Securing metal components and structural connections.
  • Filling gaps between precast concrete components.
  • Suitable for use in tanks, dams, bridges, and other civil or industrial projects.

Safety Guidelines

  • Always use gloves, masks, and safety goggles during handling.
  • Avoid direct contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
  • Work in well‑ventilated areas; avoid inhaling grout dust.
  • Keep out of reach of children and unauthorized personnel.
  • If swallowed or in case of skin sensitivity, seek medical attention immediately.

Storage Guidelines

  • Store in its original packaging in a dry, cool area, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
  • Open bags only when required for daily use; reseal completely if not fully used.
  • Observe the expiry date on the packaging; avoid using expired products.
  • Handle and transport carefully to prevent damage to the packaging.

Consumption Calculation

  1. Measure the exact volume of the space to be grouted.
  2. With a density of about 2350 kg/m³, the same weight of grout is needed to fill 1 m³ (adjust for porosity and site conditions).
  3. Each 25 kg bag of ZG400 grout fills approximately 13 liters of space.
  4. Required bags = Total volume (liters) ÷ 13.

This method ensures adequate material supply, better cost control, and precise project planning.

Application Method – ZG400 Cementitious Grout

To ensure optimal performance and durability, ZG400 Cementitious Grout should be applied as follows:

  1. Surface Preparation

    • Thoroughly clean the target area to remove dust, oil, loose particles, and any contaminants.
    • If the surface is highly absorbent, pre‑moisten it before grouting.
    • Avoid leaving any free‑standing water on the surface.
  2. Mixing

    • Measure the required quantity of grout and clean water according to the mixing ratio on the packaging.
    • Pour clean water into a mechanical mixer or paddle stirrer, then gradually add grout powder while mixing slowly.
    • Continue until a smooth, uniform, lump‑free mixture is obtained.
  3. Application

    • Pour the prepared grout immediately into the desired space to prevent loss of workability.
    • Use appropriate tools to direct the grout and completely fill the cavity.
    • For multi‑stage grouting, avoid cold joints and air pockets.
  4. Curing

    • After initial setting, cure the grout using wet coverings (e.g., damp burlap) or with curing compounds designed for cementitious products.
    • Maintain proper curing for an adequate period to prevent rapid drying, cracking, and reduced strength.

Following these steps helps achieve the technical properties intended by ZG400 and extends the lifespan of the grouted section in the structure
