Method of Application for Concrete Plasticizer LR225

The correct method of using this product is as follows:

The dosage of the concrete plasticizer is calculated based on the cement content of the mix and is diluted with twice its volume of concrete mixing water. The diluted admixture should be gradually added to the concrete during mixing. It must be blended evenly and slowly into the mix. Alternatively, LR225 can be added to the prepared concrete mix, and the concreting process should begin after thorough mixing. It is recommended to mix for at least one minute per cubic meter of concrete.

Additionally, the plasticizer can be added during concrete production either directly into the truck mixer or at the batching plant.

In general, care should be taken not to pour the normal concrete plasticizer directly onto dry cement in order to maintain optimal performance and effectiveness of the admixture.
